At Vehiclequire (https://vehiclequire.com), we provide digital vehicle history reports based on VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:


1. No Returns on Digital Products

All purchases made on our website are for digital services (VIN reports).
Once a report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be returned.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service

  • Technical error where the report is not generated or delivered

  • Invalid or failed transaction


3. Time Frame for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect VIN entered by the user

  • Dissatisfaction with report content (as data is sourced from third parties)


5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
